A: CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive compound in cannabis that is believed to have a variety of medical uses (easing pain and anxiety and soothing irritated skin, among other things) and does not cause a marijuana high..

In other words - skincare and cosmetic terms - CBD is an anti-inflammatory in an oil form. In addition to reducing inflammation - CBD oil's main benefit - CBD oil can also help with:

  • immunity-boosting
  • sleep
  • mood
  • dry skin and
  • (perhaps) anxiety

Additionally, CBD oil can be used as a substitute for other animal-derived waxes and oils and animal by-products. In other words, it's a great vegan - or green (pun certainly intended) choice. but lets dive in a little more,
CBD inhibits the lipid production in skin cells, making it an effective preventative for acne. The antiinflammatory properties of CBD can also control other symptoms of acne, like oily skin, blemishes, and more. CBD can act as an antibacterial agent, decreasing the likelihood of further acne in the future.
CBD oil is also a more powerful antioxidant than Vitamin C, E, A because of its omega-fatty acids. CBD oil safely protects from free radicals, UV rays, and environmental pollutants and helps to slow down the effects of aging skin, including wrinkles and fine lines.

Q: Will your products get me high?

No, our products cannot give you a recreational high or make you fail a drug test. Our products do not contain THC (psychoactive).

Q: Do your products replace sunscreen and other spf products?

A: Currently none of our products alone can effectivly protect your skin from the harsh rays of the sun but do give an added boost when used in tandem with other spf products. Nothing is more important than sun protection for the skin and we do have plans to release future products with different spf levels that will safely and efficiently protect your skin from certain uv rays.

Q: Do your products manage pain?

A: Though CBD is used in pain management, our products do not have enough levels of CBD in them to treat pain. Our products utilize the skin care benefits received topically rather than pain management.
